Job Description
This role supports healthcare talent acquisition by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging ATS and CRM tools to identify, engage, and place both clinical and non-clinical staff, while partnering with hiring leaders to address staffing needs.
Overview
Location: Coshocton, Ohio. Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday. FLSA Status: Exempt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional with experience in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, the role applies advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Collaborating with hiring leaders, the specialist helps execute workforce plans to address immediate staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
- Utilize the iCIMS ATS and iCIMS CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through advanced search methods and sourcing tools.
- Screen applicants to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to inform hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build a strong new graduate pipeline.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using multiple sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
