Talent Acquisition Specialist - ABA (BCBA recruiter)

Based in Phoenix with remote flexibility and travel opportunities, this Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports The Treetop ABA Therapy in recruiting BCBAs and ABA clinicians while coordinating across teams to manage postings, interviews, and offers. The position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with at least three years of experience recruiting BCBAs or related ABA roles.

Salary range: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year. Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote). Travel: required for recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to clarify hiring needs and staffing priorities
• Develop and manage job postings across various recruiting platforms, from opening to closing
• Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules with qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for each role
• Generate and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
• Maintain open and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
• Support recruitment workflows to ensure an efficient and candidate-friendly experience
• Travel to and participate in recruiting events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least three years of experience recruiting BCBAs and filling ABA roles
• Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated while collaborating as part of an in-office team
