Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to sourcing, screening, and securing provider talent, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong candidate pipeline. This onsite role is based in Colorado Springs, CO, with an annual salary range of USD 76,897 to 111,501.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for provider roles while reinforcing Peak Vista as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, identify candidates, facilitate interviews and selections, and coordinate offers.
- Develop and sustain a richly resourced candidate pipeline for current openings.
- Support the creation of pipelines to address future staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding, following best practices and clearly communicating the employment value proposition and brand.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates from online databases, internal systems, community resources, networking, and employee referrals.
- Utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media to locate qualified candidates; conduct preliminary screening and maintain regular communication with hiring managers to minimize hiring delays.
- Establish strong relationships with all hiring managers and keep them informed about the status of open positions.
- Contribute to recruiting metrics, analyze data, and leverage talent acquisition analytics to refine recruiting and marketing strategies.
- Enhance Peak Vista's talent acquisition approach on social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Prepare and post job ads to appropriate boards, newspapers, colleges, and career centers as needed.
- Assist in creating or updating workflows and obtain feedback from interviewers within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support ongoing process improvement and best practices for recruiting workflows and related processes.
- Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the Colorado Springs area.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition or human resources experience.
- Healthcare talent acquisition experience is required.
- Direct experience recruiting for physicians, dentists, APPs, psychologists, social workers, counselors, therapists, and/or registered dental hygienists.
