University Recruiter (Early Career)
Job Description
Support campus hiring and early-career recruiting execution by managing full-cycle processes and building university talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute Jabil university and early-career recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs
- Own full-cycle recruiting for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts
- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide regular recruiting updates
- Support internship and early-career programs, including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Represent Jabil on campus and through digital recruiting platforms to support employer branding efforts
- Maintain a positive and consistent candidate experience across the recruiting process
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, university recruiting guidelines, and Jabil hiring policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Human Resources, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, including exposure to university, early-career, or high-volume hiring
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting analytics
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Location and Travel
- On-site in Saint Petersburg, FL at Jabil’s Corporate Headquarters
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events, locally and throughout the United States
- Estimated travel: up to 25%
