Complete two 12-month rotations in key Human Resources functions, taking on roles that may include HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
Work on functional projects and assignments that build insights into how finance or accounting strategies connect to broader business goals.
Operate in a collaborative team environment with mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to support professional growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across departments to support coordination and collaboration.
Attend targeted in-person leadership development conferences to expand leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to management, applying analytical and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
