Advanced Practice Full Desk Recruiter (Business Development Focus)

Palm Health Resources invites an Advanced Practice Full Desk Recruiter with a business development focus to lead new client acquisition, manage relationships with healthcare organizations, and source and place Advanced Practice Providers in locum tenens nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives by identifying prospects, pursuing new healthcare clients, and securing engagements
• Foster and expand long-term relationships with healthcare organizations and key decision-makers
• Source, recruit, and place Advanced Practice Providers across the country
• Engage in high-volume outreach through cold calling, emailing, texting, and professional networking
• Manage existing accounts while exploring opportunities in additional markets
• Match candidates to opportunities based on credentials, licensure, and client needs
• Keep client and candidate pipelines current within the CRM
• Meet and exceed activity targets and revenue quotas consistently
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-desk experience in Advanced Practice recruiting within locum tenens
• Proven success in both new client acquisition and candidate placement
• Strong business development and B2B sales background
• Bachelor’s degree required

Role Overview

As an Advanced Practice Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving business development, managing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates. The role requires deep market knowledge and expertise across APP specialties, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Midwives, and CRNAs.

Work Environment

This position is primarily in-office (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm). Remote work options may be considered for candidates located 200 miles or more outside of Florida.
