Associate Technical Recruiter

Associate Technical Recruiter at eNGINE, Pittsburgh, PA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of technology professionals to support talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to align with client hiring needs and expectations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and map in-demand technical skill sets to current open requisitions.
• Coach candidates on interview processes and help them prepare for success.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and present employment terms to selected candidates.
• Oversee the staffing of consultants and full-time staff contributing to eNGINE initiatives.

Compensation

Salary: $47,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
