Job Description
Associate Technical Recruiter at eNGINE, Pittsburgh, PA (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of technology professionals to support talent sourcing.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to align with client hiring needs and expectations.
- Conduct candidate interviews and map in-demand technical skill sets to current open requisitions.
- Coach candidates on interview processes and help them prepare for success.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and present employment terms to selected candidates.
- Oversee the staffing of consultants and full-time staff contributing to eNGINE initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in educating and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, or related field.
- Ability to multitask and plan work activities proactively.

Salary: $47,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
