Campus Recruiter/ University Recruiter
Job Description
Role overview: Support end-to-end campus and university recruiting for new college graduates and interns while building partnerships, pipelines, and a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including talent pipeline building, interviews, and offers
- Build and maintain university partnerships to proactively source candidates for current and future organizational needs
- Promote the employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle
- Communicate directly and confidently to build trust with hiring partners and candidates
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve recruiting goals
- Travel domestically during peak recruiting cycles
- Support recruitment programs that help define and deliver a comprehensive university experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design an all-encompassing candidate experience
- Develop presentations and reports to support recruitment efforts and updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience; prior university/campus recruiting experience is preferred
- Creative, self-directed, and able to self-learn; strong teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including issue resolution and the ability to engage with multiple interdepartmental engineering and support organizations
- Demonstrated project driving ability, with capacity to manage projects against milestones and timelines
- Ability to execute work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Past ATS experience required
Role Purpose
- Partner with hiring managers and university partners to support the university recruitment experience

Compensation
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour

- 40.0 hours per week
