Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

GenScript/ProBio seeks a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month, on-site assignment in Piscataway, NJ. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting across United States sites, with an hourly rate of $30 to $32.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts across US sites, ensuring alignment with technical needs and cultural fit for open roles.
• Screen and select qualified candidates and present hiring recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment.
• Head-hunter or recruiting experience in the life sciences sector is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leading process standardization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
