Job Description
The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions, partnering with HR and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes candidate experience and compliant processes throughout recruitment activities.
Position Details
- Location: Bloomington, MN (hybrid)
- Salary: USD 35 - 55 per hour

Responsibilities
- Support TTC's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to clarify open roles and staffing needs.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as professional networking, community outreach, and proactive outreach to attract candidates and build a pipeline for future openings; employ standard tools and creative ideas for candidate sourcing.
- Actively pursue recruiting activities that broaden diversity among candidates, including women, minorities, veterans, and people with disabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and recommend changes.
- Assess candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.
- Serve as a talent advisor, influencing decisions on candidate viability and participating in offer negotiations.
- Prioritize requisition loads efficiently and manage workload independently to fill positions promptly.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned or apparent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 to 7 years of progressive corporate full-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Solid knowledge of local and regional market drivers and candidate supply and demand.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools; Workday experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication, plus presentation skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with a focus on talent acquisition.
