Corporate Recruiter

Location: Boston, MA (onsite); Salary: USD 77,000 - 94,000 per year; join InterSystems' global Talent Acquisition team as a Corporate Recruiter to advise senior leaders and manage technical, commercial, and corporate searches to shape hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent across multiple business functions
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted recruiting advisor
• Ensure interview readiness and maintain efficient, professional, and consistent interview processes
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and potential fit, providing thoughtful recommendations to hiring teams
• Manage the offer lifecycle from reference checks and compensation guidance to offer acceptance
• Partner with managers and senior leaders to understand business priorities, share market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies
• Deliver a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting both technical and business functions
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including technical skill sets, hiring trends, and candidate motivations
• Experience in an agency, corporate recruiting environment, or a combination of both
• Curiosity about the business and how talent drives organizational success
• Comfort with managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
• Ability to leverage AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools to improve recruiting outcomes
