Corporate Recruiter - Entry Level

TQL in Cincinnati is seeking an entry-level Corporate Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruiting for non-sales roles, operating onsite from our Cincinnati location. The role includes paid training and a path for growth, with a focus on guiding candidates through a seamless interview and onboarding experience while partnering with hiring managers and teams across the business.

Compensation

Base salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill roles with top talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage the full interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in Avature
• Process onboarding and disposition paperwork with a high degree of accuracy

Requirements

• 0-2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
• 100% in-office role with a strong work ethic
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work with the latest technologies
• Desire to contribute to TQL's ongoing growth
• College degree preferred
