Job Description

GEODIS Logistics LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support talent strategies aligned with the company’s Flawless Implementation culture. In this onsite role in Brentwood, TN, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting while building strong pipelines and candidate attraction strategies to meet business unit needs.

This is a contract position with an hourly rate of USD 33 per hour and requires 3 years of related experience.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a talent plan that supports the strategy of the business unit.
  • Lead strategy sessions with executives and senior management, delivering metric-driven updates on recruiting performance, candidate quality progress, and recommended actions.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle from hire to exit, including candidacy, onboarding, ongoing performance and development, internal progression, and exit interview activities.
  • Implement and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies using social media, networks, and events to strengthen and promote the company brand.
  • Design an improved candidate experience by identifying key decision drivers, conducting market research, building a sell strategy, and creating attraction elements for top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with highly qualified individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Create and manage a talent pipeline and resume portfolio for active and future roles to support internal succession strategies.
  • Understand role requirements, write job descriptions, and identify top candidates, including matching candidates from an existing talent pipeline.
  • Source talent, advise hiring managers on competitive offer packages, obtain approvals, and negotiate offers.
  • Use professional associations, social networks, online resources, employee referrals, and your personal network to source and hire talent.
  • Administer the Leader-In-Training (LIT) program in collaboration with executive sponsors to align with business needs.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
  • Travel up to 25%.

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting, preferably within logistics, transportation, international business, and/or warehousing.
  • Experience in regional recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Experience with sourcing and networking to identify candidates.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk, and action plans.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, with ADP’s Virtual Edge or Recruiting Management preferred.

Preferred (bonus) qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
