Job Description
Hudson Automotive Group is hiring a Corporate Recruiting Partner to help strengthen talent acquisition across exempt and non-exempt hiring. This onsite role in Charleston, SC offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year and the opportunity to work closely with leaders, hiring managers, and the Director of Talent Acquisition to build a more strategic recruiting process.
You will own end-to-end recruiting while also supporting the development of your executive search skills. If you enjoy building consistent systems, improving candidate experience, and partnering across functions, this role offers room to grow through training and employee development.
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including planning, sourcing, screening, and selecting for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to build strategic talent acquisition plans
- Work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition to sharpen executive search skills and expand full-lifecycle recruiting practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify job specifications
- Independently source, screen, recruit, and interview candidates using multiple platforms
- Maintain recruiting operations by managing the recruiting dashboard and open requisitions in the ATS
- Identify process bottlenecks in recruiting and interviews, then help implement improvements
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience that reflects Hudson’s culture and values
What you’ll need
- 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate setting
- Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to align hiring managers on expectations and translate business needs into hiring plans
- A process-driven mindset, with interest in automating and standardizing recruiting work
- Organizational and time-management skills, plus negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal communication
- Assertiveness balanced with tact, intuition, and strong talent-spotting instincts
- A genuine passion for building diverse, sustainable talent pipelines
