Job Description

Always Compassionate Home Care seeks a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles on site in Melville, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to capture staffing needs, role specifications, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and additional recruiting channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication abilities, and overall fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant interview teams.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication to deliver a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Track candidate activity and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to drive applicant flow.
  • Support pre-employment steps and onboarding, including background checks and new-hire documentation.
  • Request and review recruitment-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to optimize processes, strengthen candidate flow, and support department hiring goals.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for administrative, corporate, operational, or healthcare support roles preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards required.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday.
  • Experience in Workday Recruiting is a plus.
