Job Description
Gold Leaf Management seeks a Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions on site in Rogers, AR.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation programs, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry.
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, incident reports, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations, particularly those related to the cannabis industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Pay: USD 75,000.00 per year
- Bonus: 15% Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Onsite in Rogers, Arkansas
