Job Description
A dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources will guide CNSA's people function through growth and MSO integration, aligning talent strategy with clinical and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR strategy and day-to-day operations across all CNSA clinics.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership to align people initiatives with practice objectives and MSO goals.
- Steer talent acquisition and onboarding for staff and physicians, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Champion change management efforts and cultivate a positive, adaptable culture during growth and MSO integration.
- Advance leadership development, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Oversee benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and HR policies across multiple states.
- Partner with PracticeCore and external stakeholders to streamline HR processes within the MSO framework.
- Advise department leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Seven plus years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site practices.
- Proven expertise in change management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and onboarding physicians.
- Familiarity with MSOs or comparable integrated healthcare models.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a people-first approach.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
