Job Description

A dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources will guide CNSA's people function through growth and MSO integration, aligning talent strategy with clinical and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR strategy and day-to-day operations across all CNSA clinics.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership to align people initiatives with practice objectives and MSO goals.
  • Steer talent acquisition and onboarding for staff and physicians, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Champion change management efforts and cultivate a positive, adaptable culture during growth and MSO integration.
  • Advance leadership development, employee engagement, and retention programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and HR policies across multiple states.
  • Partner with PracticeCore and external stakeholders to streamline HR processes within the MSO framework.
  • Advise department leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Seven plus years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site practices.
  • Proven expertise in change management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and onboarding physicians.
  • Familiarity with MSOs or comparable integrated healthcare models.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a people-first approach.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

The HR Director will manage all facets of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, physician recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development, while guiding the practice through ongoing MSO model integration.
