Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles across specialized construction and industrial markets.
• Develop and implement targeted search strategies, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, talent identification, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Partner with executives, senior hiring leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, define role requirements, and advise on talent availability and hiring strategy.
• Identify, engage, assess, and cultivate high-caliber executive and senior professionals through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and industry relationships.
• Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations focused on leadership capability, technical expertise, cultural alignment, motivation, and long-term fit.
• Manage complex search processes with urgency, discretion, and precision while balancing shifting priorities and confidential hiring needs.
• Advise on offer strategy, compensation expectations, candidate motivations, and closing approaches to secure top talent in competitive markets.
• Provide a premium, white-glove candidate and stakeholder experience that reflects Loenbro’s brand and commitment to excellence.
• Represent the organization externally through executive networking, industry events, strategic talent outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing; construction recruiting experience is a plus.
• Proven success recruiting and sourcing for corporate and executive roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent discipline.
• Technical proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Microsoft Office Suite.
