Responsibilities
- Be the primary advocate and professional face of Stride, delivering timely, personalized communications within 24–48 hours and offering a white-glove candidate experience
- Act as a true partner with clinic leadership to align hiring with clinical caseloads and ensure cultural and clinical fit
- Continuously audit the candidate journey to remove friction from application through orientation
- Source talent creatively across job boards, social channels, and professional networks
- Use the ATS as the trusted source of truth to enhance recruitment workflows
- Coordinate with local teams to schedule video interviews and arrange second-round onsite evaluations
- Leverage ATS automation and scheduling tools to reduce administrative burden while preserving a human connection
- Provide the Director of Talent Acquisition with updates on recruitment needs and pipeline health
- Consistently represent Stride’s brand across channels, events, and candidate communications
- Engage in job fairs, conferences, and in-house hiring events to build a talent community
- Conduct online market research to stay ahead of trends and talent availability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience; experience in human services or healthcare is preferred
- Experience using a wide range of talent-sourcing channels and strong computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong rapport-building, and excellent time management
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn and adapt as needs evolve
- A deep-seated passion for healthcare and supporting individuals with special needs

Working conditions
- Environment: Primarily home-based with up to 25% travel to venues, colleges, and clinic locations in the Midwest (SD, IA, NE, IL)

Compensation and location
Pay starts at $50,000 per year. This is a hybrid remote role based in Davenport, IA 52807.
