Job Description

Utah Transit Authority seeks a Full Cycle Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to lead end-to-end recruiting and workforce planning for a growing workforce in Salt Lake City, onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and executing short- and long-range talent acquisition plans.
  • Manage the full scope of activities to implement the organization-wide recruitment program as directed.
  • Support strategic recruiting initiatives, leverage sourcing tactics, and contribute to workforce planning across the organization.
  • Analyze staffing models, recruitment data, and sourcing strategies to assess recruiting effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable state and federal regulations and with UTA policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks related to transitioning candidates into new hires whose values align with UTA's culture and mission.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment with an emphasis on staffing; hands-on use of HRIS or related software; Workday preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid Utah driver's license with no more than four moving violations in the past three years; or, if non-driver, ability to travel efficiently within UTA's service area; lack of a driver's license does not preclude employment; no applicant may have more than one DUI/DWI in the last ten years.
