Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Finance Recruiting in Seattle onsite to lead end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and strategy development for FGBS teams including Stores Finance and Finance Operations.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement sourcing strategies for multiple FGBS client teams; align with hiring managers to translate business priorities into actionable hiring plans; explore diverse methods to identify solutions for clients.
- Leverage data to influence hiring and business decisions; educate hiring managers and interviewers on best practices (unconscious bias, phone screen training, MGHD, interview calibration) to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates; drive positive candidate experiences by guiding client teams to follow best practices, including well-crafted job descriptions, clear value propositions, and thorough candidate preparation; set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling.
- Own one or more recruiting projects that enhance candidate engagement, hiring process efficiency, or team operational excellence (examples include conference selection, referral strategy, hiring events, tool adoption).
- Improve consistency of team documentation, data integrity, and reporting; deliver analyses and updates to stakeholders (pipeline metrics, compliance, compensation trends); adhere to timelines, mitigate risks, and move processes forward by clearing blockers.
- Optimize cross-team procedures to boost efficiency and hiring; drive adoption of new channels and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting mid-senior level talent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
