G&A Finance Recruiter (Contract)

Kinder’s seeks a full-cycle G&A Finance Recruiter for a contract role (timeline TBD) to hire across G&A functions in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across G&A functions, from intake through offer close and onboarding transition
• Run structured intake conversations to define role scope, success outcomes, competencies, and long-term growth trajectory
• Design interview plans to assess current capability and future scale potential
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate calibration, feedback quality, and decision timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining speed, quality, and rigor
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent, responsive candidate experience from first outreach to final decision
• Act as a brand ambassador for Kinder’s by articulating culture, growth story, and leadership principles
• Ensure consistency, respect, and clarity throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Coach interviewers on structured and inclusive interview practices
• Collect and apply candidate feedback to continuously improve the hiring experience
• Balance urgency with candidate care to keep processes fast while prioritizing experience
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role, market, and business need
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry communities, and creative outreach to build pipelines
• Build and nurture talent pools for recurring or future G&A needs
• Partner with hiring leaders to define target profiles and competitive positioning
• Drive diversity of thought and background through intentional sourcing strategies
• Track sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on market data and performance
• Advise hiring managers using data and market insight to influence talent decisions
• Provide visibility into pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring risks
• Help leaders plan long-term talent bench strength and succession potential
• Support compensation conversations and offer strategy in competitive markets
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, systems, and tools
• Contribute to evolving recruiting playbooks and structured interview practices
• Refine reporting and metrics that improve hiring decisions
• Support hiring spikes during high-growth periods while maintaining operational discipline
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset across sourcing, assessment, and closing

Requirements

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience hiring across G&A functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.)
• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Skilled in structured interviewing and competency-based assessment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting tools

Pay Transparency

• Non-exempt, contract role
• Hourly rate: $45 - $55 per hour
