Home Care Recruiter

ATTTENDING HOME CARE is hiring a Home Care Recruiter to source and hire HHAs and PCAs for clients in Staten Island, NY (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Develop and maintain relationships with local training centers, job fairs, and community resources to identify potential candidates
• Support the recruitment workflow, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying HHA/PCA certificates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool to support ongoing agency hiring needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in home care or healthcare recruitment
• Proven ability to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of the home care industry (plus)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Well-presented, energetic, and responsible professional
• Familiarity with Arla onboarding software (plus)
