Responsibilities
- Oversee daily recruiting operations for the organization and its affiliates.
- Design and implement sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes that yield strong candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare requisitions, job descriptions, interview plans, offers, and final hiring decisions.
- Manage job postings, candidate communications, pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and new hire documentation.
- Aid onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, recruiting reports, and headcount tracking.
- Cultivate partnerships with colleges, universities, job fairs, and industry events to support sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, I-9, E-Verify, WOTC, MVR, and other hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and recruitment documentation.
- Stay current on HR best practices, employment regulations, recruiting trends, and talent management tools.
- Maintain a positive and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Support the company's brand through social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and community engagement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned while upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and strong working relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience required.
- Ability to manage HRIS or a talent management system.
- SHRM certification a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass the drug test.
