Human Resource Manager

Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Human Resource Manager to support HR operations for our nursing home facility in Madison, NJ. This role will manage day-to-day people operations while also leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recruitment from candidate sourcing through onboarding, including conducting orientations for new hires.
• Implement and support employee engagement and retention programs, including Employee of the Month awards and attendance bonuses.
• Manage scheduling related to evaluations, oversee time-off requests, and handle raise requests to keep daily HR operations running smoothly.
• Complete clerical and administrative tasks connected to staffing, recruitment, and basic HR functions.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Human Resources is required.
• Computer proficiency, including data entry, word processing, and the ability to generate reports.

Location and Work Setting

The position is located in Madison, NJ and is onsite.
