Join All Ways Caring HomeCare in Meridian, ID, where you’ll help build a dependable team of direct care staff and support day-to-day people operations that keep services running smoothly onsite. This Human Resource Recruiting Coordinator role pays USD $21.50 per hour and includes HR support focused on hiring, onboarding, and compliance, along with care-coordination responsibilities that help ensure clients receive the right services at the right time.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Serve as an agency manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Ensure adherence to the agreed plan of care for clients in your caseload.
- Partner and communicate with the client circle of care, which may include family members, assigned Power of Attorney or spokesperson, community partners, and related agencies.
- Monitor client plan of care changes, services, or condition updates, and escalate them as needed.
- Conduct home visits and safety checks.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for agency payers.
- Recruit, screen, and select direct care staff using agency and external referrals.
- Determine schedules and adequate staffing, including processing completed visits for payment.
- Provide consultation and training to Direct Care Staff to support quality care and service monitoring, including identification of problem situations and assistance with problem solving.
- Evaluate staff performance and complete performance reviews, corrective action, disciplinary/performance appraisals, and counseling.
- Provide HR support across recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation.
- Process and review employment applications in the ATS to assess qualifications and eligibility.
- Support employee onboarding and coordinate employee exit meetings.
- Assist with day-to-day data entry and employee data maintenance in the HRIS, including file maintenance and data management.
- Create and process Personnel Action Forms (PAF) for assigned service site(s).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- 2+ years of relevant experience (minimum requirement).
- Ability to make decisions quickly and manage confidential information.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience delivering services to the elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled is preferred.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred.
- Two or more years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Two or more years of community service, client service, or staffing experience.
- Two or more years of general office and computer experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Solid experience working with the public with a friendly, professional approach.
- Knowledge of labor standards, data entry, worker’s compensation reporting, OSHA reporting, and Affirmative Action data integrity.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated region or other locations as required.
