Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description
As a proactive HR Business Partner supporting Döhler’s manufacturing facility in Cartersville, GA, this role serves as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and drives employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote employee engagement, cultivate a positive culture, and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
- Deliver accurate HR data and service information to the business units, while owning HR data and services.
- Hold monthly HR guidance meetings with department managers.
- Lead new hire onboarding and management workshops for new department managers.
- Support the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
- Monitor the performance management process and ensure managers conduct quarterly performance and talent discussions.
- Assist in executing bonus plans, merit processes, and routine or special reports.
- Support expatriate assignments and related HR matters for international employees.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and KPIs.
- Assist with salary structure maintenance, market research, and compensation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Solid knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Experience using HRIS applications; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.

Pay
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
