Pegasus Home Fashions in Weatherford, TX is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to support the Sr. HR Specialist. This onsite, entry‑level role focuses on onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and timekeeping and payroll tasks to help sustain a positive and well‑organized workplace.

Responsibilities

Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated smoothly into the organization.
Assist with benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
Maintain compliance with employment and labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA; ensure policies align with legal standards and organizational objectives.
Daily time card overview
Payroll completion weekly, including entering time off requests
Entry level position: will receive training directly from Sr. HR Specialist

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing tools like Questco or TimeCo
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles; experience with HR software such as Questco or TimeCo
Understanding of employment and labor law regulations including OSHA standards; ability to interpret contracts and policies accurately
High level of organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, record keeping, and compliance documentation
Bilingual preferred: English and Spanish (not required)
