Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, new employee orientation, and offboarding workflows.
- Complete Form I-9 and related onboarding documentation.
- Manage the hiring process for temporary staff, adjunct faculty, and student work-study positions.
- Arrange on-campus interviews and assist recruitment efforts.
- Administer the college's performance management programs (EPMS and FPMS).
- Coordinate updates to Position Descriptions and oversee Position Control.
- Serve as the primary in-office human resources representative for staff and managers.
- Plan HR events, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and innovative practices.

- Bachelor's degree and experience in Human Resources are required.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Fast learner with technology and a drive to optimize workflows.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Human Resources experience are required.
