Job Description

This part-time Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter role at Bolder Foods in Niwot, CO, supports recruiting, payroll, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in planning and executing recruitment efforts.
  • Post openings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions for successful candidates.
  • Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll in Paychex for 100+ hourly and salaried employees.
  • Maintain employee files and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide in-person support to staff for questions and issues as they arise.
  • Manage onboarding for production staff.
  • Create and organize complete documentation for seasonal and long-term hires.
  • Lead training for new production employees and administer health and safety training programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
  • Provide Spanish and English translation and interpretation support as needed.
  • Procure, distribute, and track personal protective equipment.
  • Support office operations and organize shared spaces to maintain an efficient workspace.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or recruiting coordination.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professional handling of confidential employee information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Comfortable engaging with production staff on a regular basis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or the ability to quickly learn new software tools.

Schedule

  • Hourly role with seasonal hours averaging approximately 20–30 hours per week, depending on business needs.
  • Hours may increase during peak recruitment periods (July through March).
  • Weekend availability required during peak season (mid-August through February).

Preferred

  • Paychex experience
  • Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience
  • Prior office administration experience

  • Occasional exposure to production floor conditions, including noise and temperature variation

Compensation

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
