Job Description

This on-site, part-time role in Seekonk, MA focuses on analyzing HR data, building dashboards, and supporting HR initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which it serves.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Will create and maintain a QC schedule.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
  • Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
