Job Description

E Noa Corporation is hiring a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and labor law compliance onsite in Honolulu.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate and improve new hire orientations to support a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Plan and run monthly initiatives aimed at building a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to support a compliant workplace.
  • Use ADP systems to track, report, and manage HR data.
  • Partner with management on employee relations, including conflict resolution and support related to performance management and development.

Requirements

  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required); an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR roles (Required); equivalent HR experience is acceptable in place of preferred education.
  • Proven HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and applicable HR regulations.
  • ADP systems experience highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR information with professionalism.

  • Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
