Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist for a full-time, direct hire role in Fort Worth, TX. This position is 100% onsite in Grapevine, TX, with a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year. In this role, you will support multiple HR functions while helping the organization stay aligned with employment laws.

The Human Resources Generalist will contribute across recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll processing. You will serve as a day-to-day resource for employees and managers, supporting a workplace culture focused on inclusion, collaboration, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new-hire onboarding.
  • Support employee relations by advising employees and managers on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and related issues.
  • Administer company HR policies and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including staying current on regulatory updates and recommending policy changes.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including open enrollment support, answering employee questions, and acting as the primary benefits contact.
  • Assist with performance management, including coordinating activities, supporting goal setting, and providing feedback to strengthen performance.
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs aligned with business and strategic needs.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for salaried and hourly employees while ensuring adherence to company policies and state and federal labor regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices, especially related to recruitment.
