The Human Resources Manager will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff development across our behavioral health and assisted living communities.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced certifications are a plus
• 1-3 years of human resources experience required; healthcare experience preferred
• Solid working knowledge of core HR functions including staffing, compensation, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Ability to maintain emotional control and take a balanced approach to employee relationships and management
• Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion, both at work and off-hours
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
