Fulfillment Hub USA offers an onsite opportunity in Doral, FL for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager who will lead HR initiatives to foster a compliant, high performing workplace and support growth. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development, with a competitive annual salary range of $55,809 to $65,641.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end to end talent acquisition programs to attract top candidates, leveraging ATS tools such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, as well as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation, along with ongoing training and development initiatives to support continuous growth.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace climate.
  • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including FMLA, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Lead performance management cycles, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning to align with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and workforce analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a solid grounding in human capital management principles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday.
  • Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation policies.
  • Experience with change management and organizational design to support strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with HR software including QuickBooks for payroll processing and scheduling.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
