Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Advise on employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Help shape the company culture and support initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and career advancement.
- Support managers in coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
- Lead investigations and resolution efforts for employee relations matters.
- Champion a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate recognition, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage benefit programs and annual open enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and HR reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee programs.
- Support organizational growth through strategic projects and operational improvements.
- Leverage data and employee feedback to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- Five years or more of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
