Responsibilities

  • Oversee all general areas of human resources
  • Manage turnover
  • Recruiting
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Foster positive employee relations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations related to FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
  • Lead safety training and promote a locationwide culture of safety by ensuring partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
