Job Description

Onsite Human Resources Representative supporting a client’s call center workforce in Kansas City, MO with onboarding, recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and daily HR operations for Noor Workforce Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet new hires and guide them through onboarding, badge issuance, and completion of HR paperwork
  • Assist employees with timecard issues, payroll inquiries, and policy guidance
  • Collaborate with client leadership on attendance and staffing needs
  • Coordinate with client management to ensure timely HR processes and supportive guidance
  • Monitor and report HR activity to Noor WFS's corporate HR team
  • Support a positive, compliant work environment

What You'll Do

  • Orient new hires, assist with onboarding, badging, and related HR documentation
  • Provide guidance on timecards, payroll questions, and policy interpretation
  • Partner with client management on attendance and staffing requirements
  • Work with client teams to ensure timely HR processes and effective support
  • Track HR activity and deliver reports to the agency's corporate HR group
  • Foster a constructive and compliant workplace culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience; staffing, call center, or high-volume environment experience is a plus
  • Willingness to consent to background and identity verification for U.S. federal employment and contracting to obtain a smart-card badge for secure access
  • Knowledge of HR practices, onboarding, recruitment, and employment compliance (I-9s, new hire paperwork, employee relations)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with employees, managers, and clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems or portals; experience with applicant tracking or onboarding platforms preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Dependable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing needs or schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to complete required background screenings prior to starting, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Compensation

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 per year

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, orientations, or administrative tasks
  • Regular use of hands to handle, type, and operate office equipment
  • Must be able to walk throughout the worksite to conduct check-ins, attend meetings, or support onsite activities
  • Occasionally lift, carry, or move materials or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Good vision and hearing to read documents and communicate clearly in person or by phone
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or noisy environments
