Human Resources Specialist

Davidsons Inc is hiring a full-time, in-house Human Resources Specialist to support its HR team at the company’s Greensboro, North Carolina office. This onsite role partners with managers and employees to keep hiring, onboarding, and core HR systems running smoothly while serving as a trusted point of contact for policy, benefits, and payroll questions.

The position is designed for someone with progressive HR experience who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is USD 20 to 23 per hour, based on experience, and the role requires commuting to Greensboro, NC 27409.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and office roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Support onboarding by conducting new hire orientations, facilitating employee benefit plan enrollment sessions, and delivering initial compliance training
• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and payroll
• Maintain and update HRIS, employee databases, and the LMS
• Respond to and guide employees and managers on questions about company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience
• HR certification is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Upbeat, positive interpersonal demeanor
• Proven ability to plan and organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with all levels across the organization
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to keep information confidential when needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
