Lead Generation Specialist - Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Actively source CDL drivers via job boards, social channels, referrals, and industry networks
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of driver candidates
• Create and manage driver job postings to attract qualified applicants
• Screen applications to evaluate qualifications, driving experience, and endorsements
• Perform phone screenings to pre-qualify candidates
• Verify CDL licenses, driving records, and other required credentials
• Partner with dispatch and operations to align on hiring needs
• Arrange interviews and guide candidates through the next steps
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with DOT regulations and company standards
• Keep precise records of applicants, hiring activity, and driver documentation

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience is required; trucking or logistics industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of CDL requirements and DOT regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to assess candidates and make well founded hiring recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
• Experience using social media and online sourcing tools
