Job Description
This remote role is based in Dallas, TX, with a salary range of $84,600 to $141,200 per year. It focuses on full lifecycle recruitment for Field leadership and hourly store roles, partnering with regional leadership and HR, and reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. The position prioritizes delivering a positive candidate experience, inclusive hiring practices, and timely staffing across store locations. It supports new store staffing targets and works with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field leadership roles and assist with hourly team member hiring
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience through improved interview effectiveness, inclusive hiring practices, and collaboration with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate staffing data across recruitment platforms and reporting resources
- Drive new store staffing efforts with Regional Field leadership and Labor Management to meet on-time targets and achieve 100% capacity staffing
- Nurture candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process, including passive sourcing
- Contribute to process improvements, develop SOPs, enhance systems, and manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Support special projects as needed
- Periodically engage with local market stores to provide staffing support, mentoring, and hiring coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience supporting retail stores in a high-growth organization, or 2+ years of internal Store Manager experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred
- Experience with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed, with success in passive talent strategies
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at a high level
- Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing and assessments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management and sound judgment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitment
- Ideal base is Dallas, TX, or the Northeast region within close proximity to store locations
