Lead Trucking Recruiter

Iberia Express Inc is expanding its driver recruiting team in McHenry, Illinois with a Lead Trucking Recruiter role that blends hands-on sourcing with strategic hiring in a fast paced trucking operation. This hybrid position focuses on sourcing CDL drivers, guiding candidates through hiring and onboarding, and driving progress toward weekly and monthly hiring goals within a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers through calls, Facebook, job boards, and lead generation platforms
• Screen and qualify driver applicants
• Follow up consistently with leads and applicants
• Move drivers efficiently through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and communication logs
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding scheduling
• Help meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

Requirements

• Previous trucking recruiting experience is required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Clear English speaking required
• Knowledge of the CDL driver qualification process
• Experience with driver lead generation and follow-up
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Annual salary: USD 58,652.86 - 70,635.70 per year.
