Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

ImpactBio is growing its Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Life Sciences and Pharma. This onsite role in Columbus, OH focuses on full-cycle recruitment for direct hire and contract positions, partnering with Hiring Managers to build robust candidate pipelines. As a trusted partner that adapts to client needs in the evolving healthcare market, you will join a flexible team that values strong relationships and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Hiring Managers and candidates
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and coordinate candidate scheduling
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
• Proactively identify and source talent
• Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate consistently with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates
• Maintain records and reporting for clients and ImpactBio leadership in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Strong network of industry contacts is essential
• Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical and BioTech environments is highly desired
• Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking platforms
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Technical proficiency with computers and related software
