ImpactBio is seeking highly motivated, self-directed Contract Recruiters to support Talent Acquisition for life sciences and pharma hiring. In this onsite role in Rochester, NY, you will partner with client hiring managers to fill direct hire or contracted roles and build pipelines for future needs.

Role Overview

As a Contract Recruiter, you will work closely with client hiring managers to support qualified candidate selection for open positions. You will also align on current and upcoming recruitment needs for client departments, along with plans to ensure project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates
Source, screen, and manage candidate flow through telephone interviews, written assessments, and interview scheduling
Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
Proactively source talent to support current and future hiring
Manage one or more requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide timely communication to ImpactBio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
Maintain all records and complete required reporting to clients and ImpactBio Leadership in a timely manner

Required and Desired Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry required
Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / BioTech industry is highly desired
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking venues
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficiency with computers and technology
A strong network of industry contacts is required
