The VetTemps Inc is seeking a Locums Recruiter Veterinarian Staffing to join our onsite team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role offers a base salary of USD 50,000 per year, complemented by a tiered commission plan and a CRM driven workflow that supports scalable recruiting for temporary locums nationwide. You will recruit veterinarians for temporary assignments and cultivate relationships with veterinary practices across the country.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting with 80 to 100+ daily calls to veterinarians and practice managers, plus targeted email and LinkedIn outreach
• Build a pipeline of credentialed veterinarians seeking temporary assignments
• Identify and develop nationwide relationships with veterinary practices and emergency clinics
• Guide candidates and clients from initial contact through placement, delivering a high-quality experience for both sides
• Establish regional market expertise as a trusted advisor, anticipating demand trends and specialty needs
• Maintain Zoho CRM daily to keep the pipeline visible and follow-ups timely
• Own monthly and quarterly targets and strive to exceed them

Requirements

• Industry: prior veterinary or medical knowledge is a bonus but not required

• Commission is earned on a tiered percentage of net profit generated, with milestone bonuses at performance thresholds
• Saturday availability is optional and earns additional commission on top of weekly production
