Recruiter

The Recruiter will source, attract, and hire qualified candidates across truck driving, logistics, and administrative roles, working with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Review resumes and perform initial screenings to assess suitability for open roles.
• Interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit with the organization.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and coordinate scheduling.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientation processes.
• Manage and refresh the recruitment database.
• Monitor industry trends to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of the trucking industry and the ability to match candidates to appropriate positions.
