Recruiter

Atlantic Group seeks a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding, in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design recruitment strategies, and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and additional channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with thorough assessments and recommendations.
• Oversee offer preparation, salary discussions, and pre‑employment steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Engage in employer branding, career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity guidelines and applicable employment laws.
• Track metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, in‑house or with a staffing agency.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
