Recruiter

The Recruiter role at Uline's Texas facility in Irving, TX, focuses on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams. The position partners with hiring managers and recruitment partners to identify talent and fill open roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
• Source quality active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs, define job duties, and establish required qualifications and skills to develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
