Recruiter

The Recruiter will hire blue-collar talent across the U.S. in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates and collaborating with operations and hiring managers on mining, construction, and heavy equipment projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades and heavy equipment roles
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage job ads across Indeed and other platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines beyond active applicants
• Collaborate with operations teams to assess workforce needs
• Manage candidate communications from first contact through onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including background checks, medicals, travel, and compliance
• Keep recruiting systems and candidate records up to date
• Support hiring campaigns, referrals, and recruitment events
• Contribute to process improvements and faster hiring cycles

Requirements

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication skills and good people instincts
• Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently without dropping the ball
• Comfortable speaking with blue-collar workers, mechanics, and operational teams
• Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient
• Experience in mining, construction, industrial, transport, or trades recruitment is highly regarded

Location & Schedule

• Location: Fort Collins, CO (onsite)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
• Work Location: In person
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
