Responsibilities

• Lead and refine our recruiting strategy across all teams
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
• Develop and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates
• Apply creative, data-driven sourcing approaches to fill hard-to-fill roles
• Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
• Optimize recruiting tools and systems, including ATS and sourcing platforms
• Champion the candidate experience from initial contact through offer close
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen our position in the technical talent market

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
